January has given way to February and despite the tentatively longer days, it’s still freezing in London Town making everyone sink into their scarves while praying for Spring. With the weather being so cold and of course wet (ugh!), it’s still comfort-food time. And when one of my favourite people (and favourite food blogger!) is in town for even more exciting projects (food photographers of the world be very scared!), it goes without question I grabbed the opportunity to cook for Eugenia and have my food feature in and be photographed for Eat Yourself Greek. So here is a pastry that goes by many names: a cinnamon bun, a snail or a roll. No matter what you call this pastry, the Swedish cinnamon bun is truly delicious and super worth the effort to make at home. Why a Swedish pastry on a Greek food blog? I have been fasting for over a month now for Greek Easter, and I came across a fabulous mouth-watering recipe Eugenia!! Your amazing MEATBALLS recipe!!  If you guys haven’t tried this recipe, you must. One of my favorite Greek mezes of all time.
